How far in advance do I need to book? We like as much lead time as possible so we can secure your spot on our calendar, but we sometimes can fit you in with a 24 hour or less notice. We recommend placing your order at least 2-4 weeks prior to your celebration . Please note orders placed within 36 hours of delivery may be subject to a rush fee.
Payment terms? Payment is due at time of reservation to guarantee a spot on our calendar and supplies. If the event is over 30 days out we will split payment per your contract. We take all major credit cards, e-checks and for our commercial/education clients, company checks.
Where are you located, I want to see what I can order in person. We’d love to see you but at the moment we aren’t accepting visitors-preferring to meet clients electronically via Zoom. We ARE offering curbside pick up for smaller orders, just let us know when you place order. Our warehouse is located in Chamblee near the MARTA station.
What size balloons do you carry? From tiny 5″ to GIANT 5 foot and everything in between!
What Colors do you have? We use balloons from over 4 different manufacturers of professional quality latex balloons-Qualatex, Betallic, Gemar and Tuftex- to get you the color that is perfect for your event. And if that specific color isn’t available, we can create a Custom Color just for you!
How long do your balloons last? Well it depends on the situation! Balloons by nature are a temporary product (full of fun!) Airfilled designs indoors out of the sun can last for weeks, while a display out in the sun may only last a few hours. For helium filled balloons we do offer Hi-Float flight extender to help extend the float time of your balloons.
Do you offer Personalized Balloons? YES! we’ve got a vinyl cutter and we aren’t afraid to use it!
What about tassels and fringe? YES we offer that as well!
I’m not seeing what I want, can I send you a photo and see if you can make it? Absolutely! It is possible we’ve made something and just haven’t gotten it on the website or posted to social media!
